About Us
The Bluecat opened in July 2016, and is owned and managed by Maxine Timmis.
Our aim is to provide your cats with a stimulating and relaxing environment, with the utmost in care and attention given to our feline friends.
The cattery is located on a quiet village road, in the heart of the Bedfordshire countryside, ideal for a feline retreat! It has been purpose-built, meeting all the latest standards for design and licensing.
There are 14 chalets which can house up to 2 cats from the same family. Some of the chalets interconnect to create family-sized ones.
Maxine previously worked in clinical research for over 20 years but it was always her dream to run a small, luxury cattery. Maxine loves all animals, especially cats and has 7 resident cats at home.
We are in Clophill, conveniently located near; Maulden, Ampthill, Shefford, Haynes, Ireland, Chicksands, Campton, Meppershall, Henlow, Lower Stondon, Shillington, Gravenhurst, Silsoe, Flitton, Flitwick, Greenfield, Pulloxhill, Millbrook & Houghton Conquest.
