Luxury Chalet

1 cat – £18 per day

2 cats – £28 per day (sharing a single chalet)

Please note: For 3 or more cats sharing please call us for a quote.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (except Amex), and payment by BACS.

Extras

Fresh Chicken or Fish – £2 per meal (usually served as the evening meal)

Opening Hours

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Sunday: CLOSED

All drop-off and collections must be arranged in advance and appointment times booked.

We understand how important it is to have your cat at home with you once you return so will try to be as flexible as you need. Out of hours collections and drop-offs can be agreed as long as they are agreed in advance. Please speak to us directly if you need an out of hours appointment.

Important Information

Vaccinations

Your cat’s vaccinations for Feline Infectious Enteritis and upper respiratory infections (Cat Flu) must be up to date. You must bring your cat’s vaccination record on the day of boarding so please remember your cat cannot be admitted without it.

Medication

We are happy to administer medication to your cat during their stay. Please make sure any medication is in date and is contained in veterinary labelled packaging with your vet’s instructions.

We are highly experienced in handling diabetic cats.

Health

No cat suffering from, or suspected of suffering from, any infectious disease can be accepted. All cats will be examined on arrival. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health, pending advice from a vet. This is essential to safeguard all the cats boarded.

Isolation facilities are available should the need arise. If your cat needs to go to the vet, a travel charge of £20.00 will be made, irrespective of the time of day and this will be added to your final account. You will be liable for any fees charged by the vet, which must be paid at the time of collection.

Fleas & Worms

Although we realise that fleas and worms are a fairly common problem, we take a great deal of care to ensure that our facility remains a safe haven from them so please ensure your cat is wormed and treated for flea prevention before boarding with us. We recommend using products that are approved by your vet as many over the counter treatments are ineffective.
